a. Fulvestrant – selective estrogen receptor down regulators (or) pure estrogen antagonists b. Flutamide – selective antagonist of androgen receptor c. Tamoxifen – selective estrogen receptor modulator. Used as a major indication for treatment of breast cancer. Has beneficial effect on bone and lipid profile but increase the risk of endometrial cancer and thromboembolism. d. Clomiphine citrate – binds to both ER- alpha and ER – beta and acts as a pure estrogen antagonists.
